Hi Anny & Ian, welcome to the project page that will showcase all the video iterations of the 3D model and subsequent 2D Construction Documents. Occasionally I’ll put a multiple choice question after a video, or a text box to gather comments from you. I’ll also host PDF’s and any other related project files on this page so you always have access to them.

After meeting with Jacob on Thur 6/25, he was suggesting that I make the two slight changes to the Site Plan that I discuss in the video below and then email him that to review. The changes are straightforward so he was saying after that he would suggest pulling the permit. Having all the construction documents provided when you do that will help expedite the process so here’s a video to start getting the vision to come to life. If you’re on a phone you might tap the fullscreen icon and turn it sideways to make the video bigger, or view it on a desktop if you need higher resolution.

So that’s it for now. Just let me know what you’re thinking on the total square footage of the second level. We’ll use that to figure out the total cost of services and then subtract what you paid me to get started back when the ADU was still in the mix.
