This painting of Mt Hood has some tiny halftone-style dots throughout. I liked the effect and intend to do some more like this. When you leave Hood River, headed south on 35, there’s an incredible view of Mt Hood when you come over a crest just past the Lumber Mill. I stopped on the gravel road there and took a couple photos which I referenced for the ridges and glacier patches.
